🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details if available.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping rates.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your local postal carrier upon delivery.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain products)

  • APO/FPO addresses (some exceptions apply)

  • Countries restricted by U.S. export regulations

If we cannot fulfill your order due to location restrictions, we’ll contact you immediately for alternative arrangements.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Thirsty Greek account or contacting our support team.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. First, check your tracking link for carrier updates.

  2. If there’s no update after 7 business days, contact us at support@thethirstygreek.com with your order number.
    We’ll help contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
